Return and Refund Policy:

At FOG Vape Vending, we understand the significance of having a reliable return and refund process for our South African customers who shop online. We’ve streamlined the procedure to make it effortless for you to request a return and receive a refund in case you receive a defective or incorrect item.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it – unused, and in its original packaging. Please note that returns are accepted only for orders placed directly with The FOG Vape Vending store. We will only return an item after 14 days from you receiving it.

To initiate a return, please email info@fogvapevending.co.za with copy of your receipt, reason for return, collection as well as delivery address for new item. Upon approval we will process it.

Additionally, we have a “Changed my Mind” return policy, which grants you 3 days after receiving your item to request a return if you’ve changed your mind. However, please be aware that the customer will be responsible for 100% of the return delivery fees, which typically range from R100 to R130, depending on the collection location.

Here’s how the return process works: Once your return is accepted, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on packaging the return. Our courier partner will then collect the return within 1-2 days.

It’s essential to note that items sent back to us without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Getting a refund is a straightforward process. Once we receive the returned item at our warehouse, our team of FOG Vape Vending experts will assess the product’s condition. If the team is satisfied with its condition, you will receive a gift card equal to the value of the returned products at the time of purchase.

Please inspect your order upon reception, and if you encounter any damages, defects, or receive the wrong item, contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and rectify it.

Please be aware that we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

For exchanges, the quickest way to get the desired item is to return the one you have. Once the return is accepted, you can proceed to make a separate purchase for the new item.
